What is an airgun?

Unlike an ordinary gun, which uses burning gunpowder, an air gun uses air to fire the projectile. Despite they are air powered, these rifles have serious power and are available in calibers from .177 up to an huge .72 caliber. PCP air rifles

A PCP air rifle has an air reservoir or air tank what can be filled with high pressure air up 200 and some even 300 bar of air pressure. This air reservoir provides the energy needed for your pellet or projectile.
Due to the pre charged reservoir your reloading speed is rapid what makes it ideal for hunting or speed shooting. These types of air rifles are accurate, powerfull and easy to use. If you want a hunting gun to add to your collection or a long range target air gun with outstanding accuracy, the PCP air rifles are the perfect guns.

CO2 Powered Air Guns

A co2 powered air gun uses Co2 gas as energy to shoot your pellet. The Co2 is stored in disposable cartridges (12 gram) When you make the shot some of the Co2 is released by the valve to speed up the projectile. CO2-powered air guns are a popular choice for their ease of use, convenience, and the ability to provide a semi-automatic shooting experience.

  • CO2 powered air guns are easy to use and have a pretty good shot consitancy.

Spring Powered Air Guns

A springpowered air rifle uses a coiled metal spring and a piston to compress air to speed up the pellet. There are several ways to cock the spring. Most know is with a “break barrel” but also an underlever or side lever is used to compress the spring. When the trigger is pulled the piston, powered by the compressed spring moves forwards compressing the air in the piston chamber to power the pellet.

Spring powered air guns are easy to use. They do not have to be filled with air and they are durable.
Most spring powered rifles have a single shot loading system and need to be cocked after every shot
